Brick Paver Sealing
We service Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach, Jupiter Island, Tequesta, North Palm Beach, Palm City, and Stuart.
Why should you seal your pavers?
Sealing brick pavers helps prevent mold and mildew growth and prevent staining from oil and other stains and contaminants. Our process starts with a thorough cleaning to remove rust, and oil stains, mold and mildew, and old sealer if necessary. The second step is to replace the joint sand to provide stability to pavers, and give a uniform finished look. Last but not least is the application of the paver sealer, and we use strictly water based products that perform better in the high humidity of South Florida. The sealer serves to protect the paver from staining, contains a mold/mildew inhibitor and hardens the sand in the joints. By hardening the joint sand we not only stabilize the paver but it also helps prevent weed growth and ant hills.
Below is a series of pictures from a paver sealing project in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The old sealer had turned white, so we stripped the old sealer, re-sanded the driveway, and applied two coats of Seal n Lock super wet sealer.
